What is the POWER Series?
The POWER coating process applied to our variable-tip drilling tools significantly enhances their
performance. This process creates a hard nitride layer on the tool surface, increasing wear resistance
and surface hardness, thereby extending the tool life. The POWER coating is performed at low
processing temperatures, preventing deformation of the tool geometry while minimizing adverse
effects such as friction and heat generated during cutting. As a result, drilling operations become
more efficient, durable, and reliable.
